**By purchasing and downloading the digital art print content ("Licensed Asset"), Licensee agrees to be bound by this License Agreement and Terms of Use, which together represent the entire agreement between Licensee and Art Prints AI.
- LICENSE TYPE
This is a Standard License, which permits personal, non-commercial use of the Licensed Asset only. For information on Extended Licenses for commercial use or other purposes, please contact us using the form below .
- LICENSE GRANT
Art Prints AI grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, access, and display the Licensed Asset solely for personal, non-commercial use, subject to this License Agreement and Terms of Use.
- TERMS OF USE
Licensee agrees to comply with the Art Prints AI Terms of Use available at https://artprintsai.com/, which are incorporated by reference into this License Agreement. Violation of the Terms of Use constitutes breach of this License Agreement.
- GOVERNING LAW
This License Agreement and Terms of Use are governed by the laws of California, USA. Any disputes related to this Agreement must be resolved by binding arbitration.
- ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This License Agreement and Terms of Use contain the entire agreement between Licensee and Art Prints AI relating to the Licensed Asset. By purchasing and downloading the Licensed Asset, Licensee agrees to these terms.
